Zoho Corporation is an Indian multinational technology company that makes web-based business tools. It is best known for the online office suite offering Zoho Office Suite.

Zoho Commerce is allowing its sellers and existing customers to set up online stores and on-board Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). Zoho has grown two-and-a-half times over the last two years and has a customer base of 50,000 businesses, as companies increasingly opt for full-fledged solutions and economically scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms amid a growing tendency to closely monitor software spending, a top executive said.

Zoho assured that they will help their sellers to set up online stores on ONDC in an hour by offering bespoke website-building templates it is also permitting it’s sellers to utilize it’s product offerings-zoho books, zoho inventory, zoho sales.

Zoho also told it will support retailer in onboarding the ONDC network and integrate their inventory with buyers-side app on the ONDC Network. Apart from this in addition it will educate it’s sellers about the open ONDC Network too. Zoho further added that it will integrate with third party apps such as Google Analytics, Google Shopping and Mailchimp among others.

“Zoho is our top revenue-making suite right now, after CRM (customer relationship management) and CRM Plus suites,” he said, adding that the suite’s contribution as a percentage of Zoho’s customer base had risen steadily over the years.

Zoho comers users in India can easily get on to ONDC with a single click and showcase their product on multiple Platforms with equitable visibility. About 37.5% of Zoho One’s new customers emerge from mid-market and enterprise businesses, while over 92% of early adopters of the product suite have opted for license upgrades.

In September, the government’s ambitious digital commerce project went live in Bengaluru and is set to go live in Delhi in November, reports suggest.
