Electric automobile manufacturing firm Ola Electric has declared on Thursday ,22nd December 2022 that it has been focusing on the manufacturing the commercial vehicles along with the two-wheeled and four-wheeled electric vehicles and the company focuses to set its foot into the market with the launch of such vehicles in a year.

The above statement was made by the Co-founder of the company Mr Bhavish Agarwal.

In addition to the above statement, the Co-founder further added to his statement that in the next 12 months, the company facilitates to provide more announcements related to the existing products manufactured including the electric motorcycles, four-wheeled light motor vehicles and scooters.

He also said that the company has several teams working on various projects of manufacturing electric commercial vehicles using exactly same type of software, electronics and cells used in the manufacturing of the existing products manufactured by the company.

According to the reports, the company plans to launch electric vehicles below 3.5 tons of gross weight under affordable rates. Thus, the electric vehicles manufacturing company focuses on redesigning the vehicles to manage the cost and worth of its products as compared to its competitors.

The Plans of Ola Electric in Expanding its Business

The company also wishes to manufacture its own electric battery cells which, the company reported that it will begin by the end of the year 2023.

The company wishes to be the world’s leading electric vehicle manufacturing Ola Electric is planning to expand its business in the different geographical regions of the world including in the European Continent, the Southeast Asian countries and the Latin America.

Whereas, the company has already established its roots in Nepal and Italy and has said that the company’s newly launched third electric scooter Ola S1 Air to be available in these countries by the end of the year 2023.
