LetsTransport provides professional ‘intra-city’ logistics solutions for everyday errands like shifting house, buying furniture, electronics etc.
It has raised $3.9M in Series A funding round from Japan’s payment gateway company GMO. Neelesh Bhatnagar, former CEO of Landmark Arabia also participated in the round.
The company was founded in 2015 by Pushkar Singh, Sudarshan Ravi and Ankit Parasher. It provides inter-city aggregation of mini trucks and a few large vehicles across industry sectors like retail, FMCG and ecommerce.
It operates on both B2B and B2C model. Customers can book online or through a phone call. It claims to provide screened drivers, audited vehicles, transparent pricing and point-to-point billing.
The company has presence in seven cities and recently started operations in Vijayawada and Tiruchirapalli. Pricing is dependent on the distance travelled and waiting time.
It has raised $1.3M seed funding led by led by Rebright Partners in August 2015. Also accquired competitor Shifter in June 2015.
