E-commerce consultancy firm Ace Turtle Services raises $5mn from Vertex Ventures & Ace Turtle Services


Ace Turtle Services provides integrated e-commerce platform for offline retailers

Bengaluru-based Ace Turtle Services has raised $5M in series A round of funding from Vertex Ventures  and CapitaLand.

The startup was founded in September 2013 by Nitin Chhabra and Berry Singh. It provides integrated ecommerce platform for offline retailers.  The platform helps reduce the costs and complexity of omnichannel transformation for enterprise retail clients.

The features offered by the solution include product cataloging across multiple channels, order management solution, payment processing, returns management, customer support, inventory optimization, multi-device support, omnichannel operations management, instore marketing, web marketing tools, and customer analytics. 3ina, Puma, Ray-Ban, and Flying Machine constitute their clientele.

The funds will be used to ramp up its technology platform and build leadership team. Also to expand into overseas markets, beginning with Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore and Malaysia.

Few of the customers of the startup include Intex, Arrow, Ed Hardy, Flying Machine, Fossil, Ray Ban, US Polo Association.
