Real estate startup CloverMark looks to increase headcount by April-end

Bengaluru-headquartered CloverMark, an integrated sales and marketing company focused on the real estate industry, is looking to more than double its headcount by the end of April.

CloverMark, a brand of Four Clover Realty, works closely with home-buyers and builders to provide end-to-end solutions.

“We started our journey with a vision of catering to customers in every way possible, and our core mission is to protect their interests. Over the last few years, the real estate industry has been undergoing many changes. Buyers are more aware of what they want and transparency in transactions has increased, mainly due to funding by international financial institutions. There are many professionals who would like to make a difference and work in real estate,” said Venkatramana Raju, CEO of CloverMark and Four Clover Real Estate.

The company is looking to hire at least 90 more people for roles across sales, pre-sales, marketing, innovation, IT and analytics.

“Our hiring spree started in December and it will go on till April 2016. We have already hired 50-60 people and are planning to hire 20-30 more. Out of that, 25-30% would be through campus recruitment and the rest would be lateral hires,” said Raju.

Besides fresher-level and lateral hiring, CloverMark has also hired four people in leadership positions – Santosh Kumar as chief sales officer, Ram Rajan and Nitin Gupta as vice-presidents of sales, and Jay Chandok as vice-president of marketing.

CloverMark, which currently has about 75 employees, was started by three IIM Bangalore graduates in 2010 – Venkatramana Raju, Anurag Singhvi and Karthik Rajaram.
