Ratan Tata invests in the specialty Tea company Teabox

Ratan Tata has invested an undisclosed amount of fund in tea specialty firm Teabox. The startup will use the fund fr expansion into global markets.

Till date, Teabox has raised $7 million. The company sources different varieties of tea from plantations of Assam, Darjeeling, Nilgiri and Nepal and sells them to customers.
