Qlivery, on-demand concierge service startup gets backed by Chandigarh Angels Network

The on-demand concierge service startup, Qlivery has raised funding from Chandigarh Angels Network (CAN). The company plans on using the funds in scaling its operations, improve technology, implementation of AI etc.
Karan Saharan, Chetan Agarwal, Sonal Saraogi, Rohit Pansari and Shivani Agrawal founded Qlivery in 2015 as a company that assists customers in shopping.
The startup has its own delivery fleet which makes the delivery according to customers’ needs and takes delivery charges.
Presently, the startup is only operating in Gurgaon and has 12,000 customers. Qlivery plans to expand operations to Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune in few months. There are 55 employees at Qlivery which the company plans to scale to 150. It is also looking forward to tie-up with offices and hotels to server travelers.
The startup aims to disrupt the on-demand concierge service industry which is estimated to be worth $750 billion. It faces competition from Joe Hukum, Lookup, Helpchat, Goodservice and few others too.
