In a bid to reach a wider audience, Niantic Labs has brought a new set of features that will make even casual gamers want to play Pokémon Go

If you’ve played Pokémon Go before, you’ll know that the game requires you to dedicate a lot of time to actually be good at it. May it be catching rare and high–powered monsters or plain powering up the beasts you already have, you really need to spend a lot of time with the game in order to make it fun for yourself.
While this was great for hard-core gamers, casual gamers started having a hard time coping up with the amount of progress others boomed with.
To change this, Niantic Labs has brought in a new update to the mobile game that will make it a better experience for casual gamers.
The new update will now allow trainers to go into battle with 6 Pokémon and fight it out with the gym occupant. Niantic has also said that CP (Combat Power) ranking “may” also be lowered to match the level of your Pokémon. This means that there is a probability that you will see lowering in the CP of your rival Pokémon, but it’s not always a guarantee.
The developer has also added a new catch bonus system that increases the possibility of you encountering a Pokémon with typing that you’ve already caught a lot. This could essentially allow players to catch many similar/same Pokémon allowing them to evolve the monsters as they deem fit.
While Pokémon Go is yet to hit India, it performed really well on a global scale. The game is currently leading the mobile gaming sector. The game developers haven’t yet officially stated anything about an Indian release of the highly popular game, but our best guess is that we might see the game hit the sub-continent by the end of this year.
