InShorts to build steady revenue from sponsored content from ecommerce players.

InShorts, the news collection delivery app, which is known for delivering the significant information within seconds, has decided to steady the revenue amount via sponsored content, collected from e-commerce companies like portals, delivery platforms, travel agencies, etc.

Known for receiving the most funds among the various news apps in the world, Inshorts has upped an amount of USD 24million in three rounds. InShorts had allied with Flipkart, during its initial stages and the company is promoted by Tiger-Global.  The noteworthy point is that, Tiger-Global is included by Flipkart as one of its investors.

Azhar Iqubal, CEO of the company says that they have decided to include more associations in the near future and also says that content will be collected based on the data and perceptions made and that users will be provided with the ability to choose and rule out their options according to their needs.

Though the company had not finalized on a business model until recently, it was known for the various products that were released, aiming substantion through services like MyFeed and TOSS, in an attempt to not only gather data but also share it socially.
