Delhi-based startup MyOperator ties up with Lenskart.

MyOperator, a Delhi based call management system on the cloud, has associated with Lenskart.com simplifying the latter’s daily operations at its back end with it’s in breed technology.
MyOperator helps SMBs and bigger enterprises, manage their calls without any hardware or software installation.
As per the agreement, Lenskart.com, an online optical store, will be using a range of its services, which entails CODAC, MisDial, Toll free MisDial, Conference, Promotional SMS, Singapore Toll free and Outbound Dialer.
The alliance is aimed at the acceleration and mechanisation of the backend processes, which not only make daily procedures more efficient, but also saves the company its associated costs.

The absence of these technologies and services requires manual services incurring massive cost. Lenskart will use CODAC to automate verification calls for COD purchases on their portal.
The MisDial service will be used to drive SMS campaigns for door to door eye checkup aimed at new customer acquisition and engagement and the Toll free MisDial services will be used for Mobile app installation.
Additionally, Lenskart is also using the automated conference for all top level executives, along with the Singapore toll-free number for calls landed in India.
