CloudCherry has raised $6M in Series A funding round from Cisco Investments, Vertex Ventures and IDG Ventures

CloudCherry offers a web-based platform to SMBs that enables them to understand their customers and get insightful data to drive store sales

CloudCherry is a Saas-based platform for customer experience management. It has raised $6M in Series A funding round led by Cisco Investments, Vertex Ventures and IDG Ventures. These venture firms will have a minority stake in the company.

The funding will be used to expand it business outside India in countries like,U.S, South East Asia and Middle East.

The platform is also available on mobile which is a customer sentiment mapping app which allows businesses to build their own questionnaire with branding to share with customers.

It also helps businesses to collect feedback and see all the data in a visual Insight Centre, with Scorecards, comments, analytical insights along with the Customer Delight Meter that measures the delight experienced by their customers.

Vinod Muthukrishnan CEO & C0- founder of CloudCherry said, "The company is looking at expanding its footprint in the North American market and will also enter the Southeast Asian market. The Series A funding is all primary capital and none of the existing angel investors will exit through this round."

In July 2015, CloudCherry raised $1M seed funding from IDG Capital Partners and The Chennai Angels.
