Edu-Tech startup NoPaperForms acquired by Careers360

The education service provider Careers360 promoted by Maheshwer Peri, acquired the edu-tech startup NoPaerForms this Tuesday. The amount has not been disclosed yet. NoPaperForms is a enrolment management platform that helps colleges in managing their online admission process.
Naveen Goyal, director of Careers360 said, ““The acquisition will help Careers360 augment and strengthen its B2B clientele offering and help institutes spend smartly on digital media.”
He further added, ““We plan to build strong analytics engine on top of the enrolment platform to help institutes spend money judiciously. Currently, NoPaperForms is managing more than 200,000 application for 30+ clients that include top B-schools and universities. With our market reach coupled with investments in technology and product, we hope to deploy the platform in 500-plus colleges within the next 2-3 years.”
Founder of NoPaperForms, Vishal Sharma said that the online admission process will see rise with the growing internet penetration and with Careers360, the company will have better access to the market.
Last year, five angel investors invested in Careers360. Peri said, “We are not a media play but an education play. The fund that we have raised will help us create an education market place, connecting students with the right career-oriented courses.”
